Using Liquid Ready: Your Testing Workflow*
Pipette 2 mL of Reagent 1 into each of two cuvettes.
Add 0.1 mL of water to the cuvette designated as the blank.
Add 0.1 mL of sample to the cuvette designated as the test.
Seal both cuvettes and gently mix by inverting several times.
Incubate the cuvettes for the specified duration, then measure absorbance (A₁) at 340 nm.
Pipette 0.5 mL of Reagent 2 into each cuvette.
Seal the cuvettes and gently mix by inverting several times.
Incubate for the specified time, then measure absorbance (A₂) at 340 nm.
Enter the A₁ and A₂ absorbance values into the Mega-Calc™ calculator to generate the analyte concentration in g/L.
