Ricardo is a Field Technical Service Representative at Neogen®. He specializes in post-sales technical inquiries, completes system installations, and provides initial and annual product technical training as needed. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and is fluent in both English and Spanish allowing him to effectively communicate with a diverse range of customers. Ricardo also has extensive experience in R&D and Quality Assurance, particularly in dairy products, along with a solid background in environmental monitoring, equipping him to tackle complex challenges in quality and safety.
Lauren Lee, Field Technical Service Representative, Neogen
Lauren is a dedicated technical service representative, focusing on customer trainings, troubleshooting, and special projects for Neogen’s full portfolio of products. She always leads conversations with genuine interest to ensure that customers feel valued and confident in the solutions provided.
