Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue that was causing errors with querying Quantitative-Salmonella models.
- Fixed an issue where non-positive results were displaying a value instead of <LOQ in the Quant Value field.
- Updated presumed positive results to display <LOQ in the Quant Value field.
- Fixed an issue where an ‘out of memory’ error was triggered when generating reports for runs.
- Fixed an issue that prevented connecting to the Quantitative-Salmonella API in some upgrade instances.

What's New?
Updated the licenses for Neogen Analytics and Neogen Analytics Essentials to be applied at the site level instead of the company level. This allows companies to use either Neogen Analytics or Neogen Analytics Essentials (or a mix of both) depending on the needs for each site.
Improvements
- Added two roles for Essentials users to the Testing Role filter drop-down on the Users page.
- Added the ability include a test point more than once when creating a sample analysis via a new duplicate button. This allows you to sample a test point multiple times for the same test method.
- Added the ability to duplicate existing test point pools.
- Added an optional QR code for lab PDFs, which can be enabled in the Company & Site settings for the lab.
- Added the Notes field to sample analyses that have been partially collected.
- Added support for confirmation results via lab integration.
- Lab files now contain a Confirmation column for labs to designate a result as Presumptive or Confirmation.
- Confirmation labs can be added in the Company & Site settings (under Confirmation Labs) or are stored automatically when results are received.
- Added the CA Review Access field to the user access settings, which allows site or company admins to grant corrective action review access to users with lower level permissions.
- Added the Collection Date field to the Retests table in the corrective action export file.
- Removed the Reason field from the Available Test Points table when creating a sample analysis. Reasons can still be added after test points are selected.
- Updated the My Profile page to reflect any changes to the assigned roles after the page is refreshed.
- Updated password reset and confirmation emails to improve security. Password reset links now expire after 1 hour and confirmation links are single use, expiring after 8 hours.

What’s New?
The 4.0.0 release for the Quality Control Data Manager (QCDM) software contains an integration with Auth0, an authentication and authorization tool, which will provide an improved sign-in experience and a more secure user management system for the software.
Action(s) required:
To ensure a smooth transition to version 4.0.0, the following steps must be completed:
- The latest sync manager update must be installed on all computers using the software.
- All users, including device-only users, must sign in once and follow the prompts to complete email verification.
- System administrators must add the following domains to their safe sender’s list:
@app.neogen.com
@my.neogen.com
Note: If you have already completed these steps, you do not need to do so again

What's New?
The 2.10 release for the LM1 Luminometer includes the following new features and improvements for Luminometers integrated with Neogen Analytics.
Improvements:
Added the + Add Wi-Fi Network button to the Wi-Fi selection screen under Advanced Settings. When tapped, the Add Wi-Fi Network screen displays, which allows you to connect to a private network in your facility by manually entering the network’s name and security information.

Note: Depending on the security option you select (None, WPA/WPA2-Personal, WPA/WPA2-Enterprise), additional fields may display, such as a password or enterprise-level authentication settings. These fields are required for any device attempting to connect to the network.
Added an error message that displays when attempting to register with Neogen Analytics without device users, test methods, floor plans, locations, or test points configured. The message allows you to reattempt a sync after the information is added in Neogen Analytics.
Updated the device to display a low battery warning at 30% remaining, then power off at 18%.
Added additional tools to assist with device support and recovery.

The 4.3.0 release for the Petrifilm Plate Manager software contains the following improvements, including automatic installations and upgrade notifications, updates to TNTC (Too Numerous to Count) reporting, and an improved ability to detect and decode barcodes.
Improvements
- Added automatic installations and upgrade notifications, including:
- Prompts from the notification center when a new version of the software is available.
- Easy download access directly from the notification prompts. When the download completes, a pop-up in the application allows you to automatically install the new version without the need for administrative privileges.
- Added the ability to report calculated counts as greater than the “max countable range x dilution” for plates identified as TNTC. For example, for a TNTC AC plate with a countable range of 0-300 at a dilution of 1:100, the final calculated result could be >30,000.
- Improved the ability of the Petrifilm Plate Reader Advanced to detect and decode barcodes.

Release Notes for Version 2.1.5:
The 2.1.5 release for the Fusion software contains various bug fixes and improvements, including a new tool for archiving data and the option to enable an over threshold warning prior to testing.
Improvements
- Added the Archive Database Tool to the Utilities tab, which allows admin users to create an archive of all data for a selected date range. Archived data is stored in a separate database and no longer displays in reporting.
- Added the Over Threshold Warning option to the system settings. When enabled, the quality of a vial is checked prior to testing. If the vial returns a reading above the acceptable threshold, a warning message displays.
- Added the dark blue sample status color to indicate when a vial is over the threshold.
- Updated the Device Type field to display only the Soleris Next Gen when adding a new instrument.
- Updated the Vial Type field in the Test Configuration section to display all active vials.
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue that prevented users from closing the password reset pop-up window.
- Fixed an issue that prevented the use of special characters in the Temperature field.
- Fixed an issue that caused Operator and Manager-level users to receive an error while attempting to export from the Sample Data Analysis page.
